Please inform your Esthetician if you are using any prescription exfoliants (Retin-A, Accutane, Differin, etc.). You may experience skin irritation for 2 to 3 days after your treatment if your skin is prone to irritation or if it is your first wax. Your Esthetician can recommend products to soothe the irritation. The hair growth must be ¼” to ½” long (usually 3-4 weeks of growth). The first wax will probably not be as smooth as you desire due to the different growth cycles of your hair. Only after waxing several times (depending on the individual), will the hair begin to grow at an even rate. We do not wax sunburned areas.
